help with breed?

I was thinking a silkie cross? He has 5 toes leg feathering, and black legs. He is a bantam, and has a straight comb.here's some pics.

That picture is terrible and I don't think it has silkie in it. Does it have black skin? A silkie cross would and it's comb would just be an ugly mess.
