Help with breed?

Tiniest little rooster I've ever seen. Smaller than the bantams we've had in the past. Anyone know the breed. Thanks for your help!

Some sort of Serema, would be my guess.

I'm thinking Dutch Bantam due to the color of the shanks [it's usually yellow in Seramas, though not always] and the white earlobes.

Good to know Griffinsong. Are Dutch Bantams also compact (for lack of a better word) like the seramas?

They aren't as compact as Seramas, do have short legs, but they have a clearly different type, and are bigger [though still a very small breed] but the strut of the bird in the picture above makes it hard to tell the body type too well. Serama is still a possiblity.
