Help with breed?

Help please! I have these two pullets, mother was silkie cross (5 toes, feathered legs) but she looked like a really small brown. father was who knows what.. just wondering if you could help me ID what these might be? Im in australia. The black chook in some of the photos is a modern game bantam. These ladies are 40cm to the top of the head and are 14 weeks old (the photos are a mix of 10wks and now

thanks! i asked another chicken breeder and they said wyandotte in them for dad as well.... so since that makes 4 people with your answers, im going to chalk it up to dad being a wyandotte!!! thanks very much for the compliments. the ginger one is Nemu, the black modern game is Luci and the blacker one is Pastie (my housemates chicken, he also has a red modern game named Kiev)...
