Help with breeds of roosters

Its SO hard to pick which ones we want to keep. The ones we picked have been put in with the hens and they seem to be doing pretty well, plus they are a nice size (1 & 4).
Could someone tell me how many hens you should have for a rooster?

We had three of the first rooster, one kept flying out of the pen and disapeared, the other one we sold. The one in the pic is the one we are keeping
2 of the third
2 of the fourth
2 of number nine
we had two of number ten, but the other died.

Sorry it took so long to reply, we were in the middle of changing internet servers.

I am having the same issue. No idea what my rooster is. Anyone want to venture a guess?

From what I can see, I'm going with classic Barnyard Mix. Likely a mix of mixes, enough no specific breed stands out. White earlobes are common in Leghorns, so that could be in the mix somewhere.....

This is a better side view of him. I guess I could deal with a mix of a mix, just wish I knew what he was made out of!! It would help the kid who wants to take him as his 4-H project too. I'm at a loss!
