I have 4 working Minis, 2 Eco, 2 Advance. I've hatched 50 times in these, and I'm having a big Dumb moment, now --PLEASE!! someone, which way do the fans go, with the sticker facing toward you as you look into the dome top, or away, where you see only a black square in the center? I have new eggs in these, and when I cleaned them today between hatches, I thought I'd put the fans in wrong last tie, so I switched to lave=bel-side down. Now the temps are a couple degrees too low. I messed up, right? The black square faces down, sticker away from the viewer, right? Can someone double check for me?
