Help with chick and sac hanging out?

We just had a chick hatch with the sac hanging out we believe? Not sure what can be done. Will it still absorb this? Should I wrap it? It already nicked it once with its foot so I’m holding it so it can’t move. Please advise.

It did hatch a day early but hatched itself within a few hours of first pip.
