Help with chick

I have a day old chick that eats drinks seams to be fine other wise but it falls a sleep then all of a sudden its body flops in the air then its on its back flat not able to get up it looks dead but its not help

I have a day old chick that eats drinks seams to be fine other wise but it falls a sleep then all of a sudden its body flops in the air then its on its back flat not able to get up it looks dead but its not help

for now turn it over on to it's belly when ever you notice it. Some times it takes a few days for them to find their feet.
