Help with computer

Is there anyway I can set up my computer to say things that I have typed in Microsoft word?

Go to Accessories in the start menu; then click Text to Speech.

It also could be in your accessability folder.

It does not have a text to speech tab under the accessories folder

where is the accessability folder?

BTW I have windows vista

Oh, then in the start menu, type Text to Speech. Then, the first one to pop up will be it.

how do I use it with microsoft word though?
