help with coop, newbie here

I have this shed in the yard, it's been here since we bought the house. It's a perfect shelter but I need to spruce it up for the chicks. I don't see many coops similar so my questions are 1) how high do nesting boxes need to be? 2) I don't know anything about roosts, any help would be great.
