Help with Crochet Pattern

Has anyone made the Hooded Scarf by Elizabeth A. White in the Number 49 Hooked on Crochet .. I'm having trouble with the directions on rows 55 - 58... Thank you

Finally figured it out but pattern has some typos I think.. Next one I do will change a little to see if it works better.. I hate pulling stuff out a million times.. This one will fit my niece I think...

I find that a lot of patterns have errors are are written incorrectly. Usually I have to make corrections the first time I make anything.
