Help with Drakes

@DuckyDonna does your drake calm down in the fall / winter or are they like this all year round ?
I don't know. I just got him in February. He won't be 1 until November 17th. I'm hoping he will. He is so pretty and I love him but I really don't know what to do. See the blu-kote on my girls neck?

Feather loss on necks during breeding season is normal. Raping Hens is bad behaviour. Some Drakes just never flirt or breed Hens that are accepting his advances he just rapes them. I got rid of my long time breeding Drake because I got tired of his behaviour...

The female Khackies dont seem to really mind the drake to be honest. I am just worried for them because of the size difference and how aggressive the drakes are to the younger WHs

Well then don't worry because what looks bad to use isn't necessarily upsetting the Duck hens..

the WH if only 5.5 weeks old shouldn't be in with the drakes anyway they are too young to be mated.

They are not in with the drakes, but i let the ducks free range in the fenced in yard when i am home and i will let the WHs also be out there only when i can supervise and keep them from being hurt. I am just trying to associate them with each other as much as possible now hoping it will help them all get along in the long run.
