help with duck eggs

I have a Buff sitting on a very large nest of eggs since April, 20, 2017. She keeps on laying more eggs, covering them up with the straw, nest keeps getting taller, (now up to 1 and a 1/2 foot), with her proudly on top. The coup is starting to smell, getting hot weather our here, the other ducks (1 male and 4 other females)- do go into the coup at night and lay on the other side of the coup, together, while she spends her night on the "pile" of eggs. my question is-just how long do I let this go on before I "clean out the stink"? Don't want my neighbors to complain-today is May 31, 2017-isn't it time to have duckling?

The eggs are rotten.....Catch the Hen and remove all the Bad eggs ...You can candle ones you think are okay and rebuild the nest and put in the healthy eggs ....
