Hello first timer here , ( be gentle), I’m looking for advise I had two call duck eggs both pipped internally but never externally. After 48 hours no signs of attempted to hatch and peeps taps we’re getting weaker, I watched /read a good article and have part hatched the remaining egg ( was sadly to late for one fully formed though) . My question is it’s been 4 hours do I now attempt to remove more shell ? It appears clear of vein, I would dare go near these! And he / she is protesting loudly in her/ his egg chair lol. Sleeping on and off between tantrums. Temp of inc 97.9 hum- 80 I’m worried that it’s not able to do it alone but also worried yolk may still be underneath?

Don't remove anything. Leave it now. It has oxygen and it's probably absorbing the yolk still. Although if it's rocking and struggling to get out it might be ready? Without actually seeing the situation it's your decision to continue to assist.
