Help with ducks

Hello,

I have a 2 week old buff duckling,
Seems she got a small gash on her head, it's seems very minimal, should I just clean it watch her?

She is acting normal and does not mind me touching it.

I'd just monitor closely. Any idea how it happened?

Should be fine if it's not deep but keep an eye on her and make sure she doesn't bleed too much if she does start bleeding ( if bleeding does start you can use baking soda to stop it)

Not sure, only variable possible would be the other ducks. They nip at each other but usually very briefly. Definable not a predator. Seems it may be from scratching. I looked for mites or bugs and found nothing.
