help with EE limping

Did she just start showing these symptoms? The curling toes may be a vitamin deficiency, but she also could be showing signs of Mareks disease. I would start her on some vitamins, either chick vitamins in the water or PolyVisol baby vitamins 2-3 drops by mouth daily. Thanks .Today is day 3. It now seems to be both legs. She is drinking plenty. Not sure how much she is eating. How long does Mareks take to fully set in?

I would get her on vitamins asap. Mareks can just show up overnight, get progressively worse, and sometimes the symptoms will disappear. Sometimes tumors will form later on. It's a very complicated disease, but I would try the vitamin therapy while you are reading about it. There is an ongoing Mareks thread with many knowledgeable people on it to answer your questions here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/741957/not-an-emergency-mareks-in-the-flock

She is still having issues with both legs. She does not really walk around now , but eats and drinks fine. She is very alert. Anything else I can do? Could this be an egg issue. She has not laid any eggs yet. This is going on for 2 weeks now.

Thanks

Mareks, if that is what she has is an awful disease. Some chicks with paralysis will get over symptoms, but later on develop tumors. Some don't get over the paralysis. Have you tried posting on the Mareks thread that I listed in post # 4? Those people know their subject well, much better than I. Sorry that she is no better.
