HELP with egg questions

i have been getting eggs for over a month now between 5-7 eggs a day.. all of them have good hard shells and are really good to eat like this one..


but today i got one like this..


it was really soft and almost clear. it was all together i just squeezed the stuff out to see if it had a yolk. is this normal or should i be looking for the chicken that layed it.. thanks and GOD BLESS

Well if she is a new layer, then yes that happens. But if she is an older one, could be an issue maybe. I have only had chickens since May. Mine have laid some weird eggs.

this is a new layer just started two days ago

Then don't worry.

It takes a few weeks for their bodies to get into good production.

Ok that's what I was hoping. Just none of my others were like that

I only had one of mine do that once. I have 6 layers and 3 pullets and 2 eggs due to hatch next weekend under a broody(at 6.5 months old)
