Help with eggs size ... White leghorn

I have a 15 week old white leghorn (4 other breeds) and recently adopted two 10 month old white leghorns (Friday) and both lay small white eggs however one of them lays TINY eggs. Is that normal?

I have a 10 month old Cream Legbar who laid a 12 gram tiny tiny egg recently. I thought it was her first egg, but then the lady I got her from told me that she always lays eggs like that, and very infrequently. So basically the lady passed off a bum hen to me. I hope this isn't the case with you, but I have one that lays tiny eggs. Here is the picture of it. I do not know how frequently this happens with hens.
