Help with Fan Install

Need help to know how to install a fan about 5 inches across..... Husband bought the cheapest and smallest coop he could find..... He is useless as far as my 2 chickens are concerned.

He won't even eat the eggs. Anyway, you get prices from people and they want to charge lots to build a nice coop, so I need some ideas from you guys. It is very hot outside. I can't let them run loose as I have a big swimming pool. Thanks.
