Help with feet! Help!

Believe it or not, i don't cook the feet. you do want to remove the scaly outer layer, yellow on the legs of supermarket birds. scald em right, and it should rub right of. and clip the nails.

i know someone i routinely exchange opinions with does this. let me stop thinking about it, so i can remember who. its probably @3KillerBs or @21hens-incharge or @Ridgerunner but my confidence is really low on that.

I did it a few times. You scald the feet like scalding for plucking feathers and then you can do what the person I learned from called "taking their socks off" by pealing off the outer layer of skin and pinching off toenails and spurs.
