help with fertile egg

can someone tell me if this egg is fertile

Hard to tell, but I think I'm seeing a bit of a bulls eye with my ancient eyes, though it looks small. any other guesses???

It's a turkey egg..I have no clue I wanna try to hatch some. Every time I see my tom he has a difficult job getting the job done. But I'm not in the pen 24-7. I assume from what I seen online it's fertile. But I value you everyone's opinion on the egg .
