Help with fowl pox?!

I am sure my buff cochin has fowl pox and has had it for about 2 weeks. She is still eating, drinking and acting fairly normal. I am wondering when is the peak of the virus? I am going to be out of town for the next 5 days and am worried that she might take a turn for the worse. My husband will be taking care of my girls while I am gone.

I don't think you really need to 'do' anything with it, just let it run its course. I had one that had it, and she's just fine now. I did nothing to help her.
