Help with hatching

So we have hatching eggs in the incubator. There were 14 total, there are 8 left to hatch. We have 2 eggs that started and we can see the babies but they are not progressing. One has been for a few days, so I'm sure it is gone. The other one, the chick is still moving but it has been over 24hrs. Should I help it? I have removed 6 chick's from incubator already. I used a hot washcloth to ensure no humidity drop but am concerned that this chick will not make it if I don't help. Any advise?

Have they started hatching / pipping? If it's been over 24 hrs, then you should probably help them unless they haven't fully absorbed their yolk yet

Yes they have started, we can see feathers sticking out and the one is still moving as of this morning but can't seem to break out.
