Help with hatching!!!

Hi I have two silkies a black hen and a white rooster and the hen has been sitting on eggs an one has started to hatch.
But a few hours ago it stopped pecking and is just lying there, this is my first time hatching chicks so in not sure what to do? The others eggs aren't hatching as well.

If the little one is stuck you can help by carefully peeling off bits of shell, starting by where it's beak is, working your way round the egg. But be careful, if there's blood, stop and replace the egg under the hen. Come back after an hour and see how he's doing. Chicks absorb the blood in the membrane and the remainder of the yolk sac just before they come out, so you must not rush it. Give it time and only help when needed.

its probably just resting. it takes as long as 24 hrs to hatch

X2 Do as I suggested and be patient!

Hatching is a slow process, take your time, look for the blood as I suggested and don't let her come out before she's ready. She could die.

In the morning we looked and we couldn't see the chicken or the egg! Im very sad also none of the other eggs and peeping or starting to hatch

Two of our eggs are hatching and many more a peeping!
