6 days ago I had a raccoon infiltrate my run and kill my small flock all except the rooster and 1 hen. Their injuries seem minor- just missing a few feathers and sore spots behind both their necks. Problem is, since the attack, I can’t get the hen to eat! She drinks plenty water but won’t eat. The only thing I saw her eat was a small bug she found. The rooster has bounced back nicely. I have tried everything-scrambled eggs, mealworms, can corn, wet mash. What can I do?

Is she pooping? Have you tried to hold a small cup or tin up to her beak every 2 hours to drink some sugar water or fluids? Dipping her beak may get her started. Very watery chicken feed with a little scrambled egg might tempt her as well. How does how crop feel? Is it emptying overnight? Is she able to walk? Has she been passing any droppings or laying an egg? Any pictures can be helpful.

I'd just leave her, she's probably in shock. Don't handle her too much, just let her recover. If she is eating bugs she should get along but if she isn't eating the food you are giving her after a week I would have no idea

Like others said, pictures and more information would be helpful. From what you've shared, it sounds like it could be shock. She just went through a really traumatic event, and lost most of her friends. A warm, dark place with minimal disturbance is probably her best chance. See if you can get her to drink electrolytes or eat some scrambled eggs/other treat food. I don't know if you're isolating her, but if the rooster recognizes that she isn't feeling well and knows to be gentle, they'd probably both benefit from the other's company. Hope it goes well with her.
