Help with home made bator

My home made bator is out of Styrofoam, lined with linoleum tiles for easy cleaning and disinfecting. My problem is that on the end away from the bulb(which is a 60 watt bulb) the temp is 3 or 4 degrees cooler. I had 2 computer fans in there, no help. I put a larger fan in there with a dimmer switch on it to control the speed and still I can't get the temp on the opposite end to be the same. The dimensions are 30" long x 17-3/4" wide x 14 1/2" high. The way the fan is positioned it blows across the eggs, which I'm not sure is a good idea. I have previously made a bator and a hatcher with good hatch rates. I was trying to make a bigger one that would hold more eggs, but I am stumped as to how to get the temperature equal on both ends. The computer fan that is in the pic is not working at this time.
I have a few days to get this figured out, but I want to make sure it running good before the bid SET on Saturday.

Can you put another bulb on the other side? Use a smaller bulb, or reduce the wattage of both bulbs. Or, and you can try this first without cutting another hole, try to reflect the heat with foil or mirrors. You'll want to try a couple of different positions to find the best heat distribution.

Put foil around the bulb so the direct light off the bulb is not hitting the eggs. That should even it out a lot.

blow the fan directly at the bulb. That will push the heat away from the bulb & get a circular motion to the air.

i would use another bulb attached to the water heater thermostat and put foil over both of the bulbs that's what i would do
