Help with ident please!

Hi all , seeking help on identifying my rooster ,
The lady next door gave me a couple of bantams to create space for her ever growing collection, and Before long I'd been gifted a random mix of fertile eggs for the girls to sit on - now I have pecky the rooster but I don't know what he is , as am a novice keeper,

A full profile picture would help, but I think that he is a Cochin (Pekin to some folks).
