Help with identifying breed and gender

I could see it going either way as far as gender goes with both birds. More photos in a few weeks would help narrow it down.

Both are pullets, and first appears to be a Production Red. Second girl seems a little washed out in the picture....what color are her legs?

Birds appear to be quite young. My gut says red sex link cockerel and a production red cockerel. I hope that I am wrong as there is no male specific feathering, but that may be a factor of their ages.
