If that's the case, and you can't see a vent, this IMO confirms that it's intestines. That being the case, you should cull it.

It will likely die on it's own. If it seems to be suffering, you'll have to decide what's right for you. I have never culled - I just don't feel capable.I just had a hen euthanized at a local university.
