Temps depend on what kind of incubator you are using. If you have forced air it's 99.5F If you are using still air, 101-102F taken near the tops of the eggs. For both incubtaion and hatch. (Some hatchers will drop a degree at hatch time.) Humidity-many people have better luck with a low humidity method running around 30-35% up to lockdown and then 65-75% during hatch. I've seen duck hatchers mist and I've seen them not. From my understanding it's most helpful if the air cells are small and need to be increased because when it evaporates it draws out moisture from the egg. The best way to know how to adjust humidity is monitoring the air cells to make sure they are growing properly.
