Help with incubating problem

I had one like that. It was a shipped egg that was cracked and I waxed it and set it anyway. I put a plastic bag over my hand and scooped it up VERY gently, turned the bag over it, sealed it and tip toed out of the house. I was scared to death that thing was gonna blow!

Right after I wrote his Queston I picked it up carefully and a piece of the shell stayed in the incubator but luckily the skin didn't brake.
It was black in side so I chucked it.

I started out with 5 BR eggs then I droped the lid on two and 1 was rotten so I hope the other 2 hatch.
