Help with incubating turkey eggs

I have a nova incubator with automatic turner. There is a Gage that inserts at the top that has been reading 100 degrees. I recently inserted another thermometer inside laying by the eggs and its reading about 10 degrees lower than the other. I did have more water than I probably should have in the bottom and I removed that today. What should I do?

Please use an accurate thermometer, not just "another" thermometer, and place it at the level of the top of the eggs.

I have seven thermometers for my incubator, I have NO idea how hot it is. So I bought a Brinsea Spot Check, which is calibrated to be accurate in the very small range of incubator temperatures. It is 3-5 degrees off from all the other thermometers.

To me that looks like somewhere around 8-9 days of incubation.  Air cell is good for the stage of development, perhaps a bit large.  But if you've been incubating more than 10 days, please check your incubator temperature to be sure it's high enough.

I have had them in the incubator for 16 days. Added two more thermometers and it's showing right at 100 degrees. So is there something else I should be doing? It did seem like there was a lot of water so I removed most of it. My basement is pretty humid anyway. Thank you for u for your help!

The best advice is to candle again, or to candle more and see if some are farther along.

I have some turkeys in at 20 days, I will candle tonight and share a photo.
