Help with introducing hens to my flock...

I have the same question as toolmaster's thread, but mine is a little different.

I have two white rock pullets and two Amber-link roosters, and I have to get rid of the roosters. I still enjoyed them as pets when they were babies, but they grew up to be rather agressive boys.

My question is, can I safely introduce two silkie bantam hens in with my white rock hens? Will they peck the banties bloody, or will they get along with time? I'd really like to have some more hens, especially silkies for their docile temperament.

Bantams and standards will get along just fine. Just follow the normal guidelines for introducing them, like putting them in an enclosure where they can see each other for a few weeks, doing it at night, etc.

With such a small flock I don't think it will be a big deal.
