Help with Lock down date

I set some call duck eggs late in the day on March 6th. Should I count the 6th as Day 1 and count ahead 23 days from then, or count March 7th as Day 1? I dont know if it really makes a differance. Would the 29th be lockdown day? This is a first for me.

Have you candled your eggs recently? How many are developing? How many did you originally set?

I originally set 12 eggs and 6 are alive and developing.
