Help with low hatch rate

LOL I did this the first time ... ramped up humidity ... then realised my error. The hatch ended up okay but I have a similar incubator ... a generic China made unit that probably speaks Chinese as well.

It's been months since I cracked a Cream Legbar egg to make an omelet but I did the other day. The shell was a little harder than my other eggs. I wonder if that has anything to do with my low hatch rate compared to my others.

Here is a picture of my Cream Legbar x Golden Laced Wyandotte chicks. I put 5 of each in the incubator. 4 mixes and 1 boy cream legbar hatched. I'm going to work on my humidity and trying to find another hen.

I have some great updated on this post.
1) My last batch of Cream Legbars that I had in the incubator had quite the experience. I did a staggered hatch and the humidity in my area was extremely high. So for a couple days after the first hatch I literally had to prop the lid open with the fam still going to help lower the humidity. On day 18 I candled and the air sacs weren't very big. I didn't have much hope for them. But day 21 all 4 eggs pipped and within 24 hours had unzipped themselves. 2 girls and 2 boys. I was soooooo excited!!

2) turns out Cream Legbar rooster over Golden Laced Wyandotte is a Sexlink combo. In the above picture, the two with chipmunk stripes on their backs are girls. I have one salmon breasted and one nonsalmon breasted females.
