Help with marans egg

This is day 16. I can’t tell if this egg is ok or not, it’s just so dark. You can see on the left side that the air sac has grown since last time I drew a penciled line. It’s so impossible to see veining. Can anyone tell if this is good or not? No smell coming from it.

It is hard to say from the picture but I think it could still viable. I can see some veins I think. The "blob" looks a little small for 16 days though.

I would leave it incubating and candle again before going on lockdown. By then you should see some movement for sure to know if it is alive. Even if you let it go full term it shouldn't rot in just 5 days.

On my marans (1st time incubating this breed) I did a water test on day 17 if it moved i put in lockdown. Hope this helps.
