My game foul is not doing well. Have been checking her for mites but until today did not see any. Now I saw a few yellowish bugs crawling on her. She is pales and very weak. Can I use permetyerin spray ? I have already dusted her with DE. Please help.

Mites and lice can be treated with permethrin spray and dust. It is good to try and figure out which you are seeing. Lice are fast moving, beige, and leave white to grey clumps of eggs at the bases of feathers under the lower belly. Mites are slower moving, some can be on the chicken always, but one type only come on the at night after dark. Here are 2 articles that I like with a ton of pictures and information on how often to treat to get the bugs and the eggs:

I would spray her at least twice, 10 days apart to kill the lice and then the newly hatched lice eggs which hatch every 10 days. Of course the bedding needs to be removed and replaced, coop, roosts, and nest boxes sprayed, and treat all birds.
