help with mixing

I recently put 2 week old ducks two of them in with my 3 month old chckens three of them they was gettin on fine then 1 day we had a bad storm after when i checked on my birds my smallest duckling had a hole on its head & shortly after die 1 of the chickens had pecked it so much if i get bigger ducks around the same size as the chickens will the same thing happen to them

If you get bigger ducks, they should be able to fend for themselves. Just make sure that the ducks are as big or bigger than the chickens.

Chicks can be visions creatures. Best to house them seperately so no injuries come to the ducklings.
