Help with my 7 wk Silkie

My 7 week old silkie is repeatedly shaking her head but Im wondering if it might have something going on with its ears? Other thank her head shaking she eats, drinks, and has lots of engery.

Is she always doing it? or only sometimes?

I only notice it when she's sleeping but pants sometimes

All my slkies did that as they fell asleep, a lot of my other chickens did too, I think its them kinda going 'nonono im not sleepy nonono'
