Help with my favorite girl!

My chicken has had these white dots for several months and I just was letting it be since there was nothing else wrong. She’s done a molt recently and this morning her comb is looking more white and also darker. I’m nervous that this might be a sign of something- anyone have any thoughts on what’s going on or suggestions? I appreciate it!!

It might be favus a white chauky fungus that can affect combs. That is treated with miconazole ointment for a few weeks, and sometimes with 10% Betadine. But first I would take a warm wet washcloth with a little Dawn diluted in the water, and try to wash off the comb. Use some QTips as well to get down into the crevices of the pea comb. One of my roosters use to get a little on his pea comb, and it would go away. Let us know what happens. Have a look at the pictures of favus in this link:
