Help with my khaki duckling

So my little baby is about 2 weeks I think and today I noticed this bald spot or something on the poor little thing. We think it’s a girl sexed it last weekend after watching how to video but not sure how accurate that instruction was. I’ve never had this breed so I don’t know anything about them and my other ducks never had this before. Any suggestions

Your duckling is fine, that is her preen/oil gland. After she swims, she will rub that spot with her bill to get the oil, then, she will rub all over her feathers to waterproof them.
