Help with my overdue emu eggs.

Hi, so my emu eggs are on day 63 and have not hatched??? I did a float test and it said they are viable. They wobbled when I put them on a flat surface today. They passed the cool test where you take them out of the bator and one side gets cold and one side is warm. And I did the test where you hit the egg slightly with something metal and hear the noise. They passed all the test but have not hatched? They were incubated at 96F and at 8% humidity? When do I assist?
