Was your hen vaccinated for Mareks disease? Her balance may be affected because of her closed eye, and the eye may be inflamed or she may have conjunctivitis. You can use over the counter Terramycin ointment from the feed store or plain Neosporin/triple antibiotic twice a day. Clean or rinse any eye drainage as needed. Mareks can cause a number of symptoms and it can affect chickens in the first 4-8 months commonly. Hopefully, she is just having an eye issue.
