Help with my sweet girl

Was your hen vaccinated for Mareks disease? Her balance may be affected because of her closed eye, and the eye may be inflamed or she may have conjunctivitis. You can use over the counter Terramycin ointment from the feed store or plain Neosporin/triple antibiotic twice a day. Clean or rinse any eye drainage as needed. Mareks can cause a number of symptoms and it can affect chickens in the first 4-8 months commonly. Hopefully, she is just having an eye issue. If she develops bubbles or foam in the eye, or a swollen eyelid, let us know. Human B complex is better to use, and it has B12 and all of the other B’s. Make sure that she can reach food and that she is not being pecked or bullied. With one that is sick, or cannot get to food, I hold a small cup of mushy wet chicken feed, some bits of egg, and water up to their beaks 2 times a day.

It really doesn't look too bad. I've seen worse but it's obviously bothering her. So likely not wry neck as she's just turning to be able to see.

Try to get her to eat something really good like some scrambled egg or something she really likes to keep her strength up.

Yep she is vaccinated, we called the store we bought her from yesterday to confirm. I will get some of the complex, what we have is from tractor supply. The other ladies haven't noticed what's going on with her yet, but we noticed she was staying away from them.

I want to thank you all for the amazing help. It's a tough situation but going through the process of elimination is helping.
