help with nesting boxes

Hello everyone I'm new here, I'm really looking forward to hearing about everyone's chickens, I have a question on nesting boxes, all my chickens and I have 9 and 1 rooster are layin eggs in one box when we have 7 others, what can I do to get them to use the other ones

Many times hens tend to have favorite boxes, but usually because they have never used the others. I have found by keeping a fake egg in each box, this gets them to use other boxes. Hens like to lay their eggs in boxes that other hens have laid in. They feel safe if they know someone else has just laid there. So get some real looking fake eggs and leave on in each box. I keep them in every box all the time and my girls use all my boxes. These eggs are real enough looking to fool the hens in laying in all the boxes.

Hens will always have a fave nest where they always lay. You can't really control this. Fake eggs, however, can help encourage a hen to lay where you want her too. Fake eggs make them feel safe.

Even though she was sitting the other hens would give her more with a large result at the end ...

And yes there were other box's to use but the favorite nesting box thing is just the way it is and even putting in golf balls works if you do not have any fake egg's on hand .....
