help with new chicken owner

We are new chicken parents. We have 9 total
3 arecauna
3 golden comet
3 rhode island reds

One of our golden comets isnt extending her neck like all the other girls. I am concerned.

Is she eating and drinking normally? My first thought is that there might be a crop problem. Is there other symptoms? Anything different about her. In the picture she looks to be holding her wings out away from the body.

She holds her wings slightly out some times but then flaps them. Not like the others. We noticed her always alone. Which triggered the concern. She is eating better and drinking. She is back to the roost with others now. She isn't able to turn her head to clean her feathers/wings. I have also chased her trying to see if she flies and she does a litle. I hand feed her meal worms and she eat those. I also see her eating her feed. Any ideas?

No ideas other than a possible injury. Hopefully she will continue to improve. Possibly someone else will post with other possibilities. Good luck.
