Help with newborn hatchling

So I have a newborn hatchling today and had to separate from momma hen from pecking. Momma still laying on other eggs but was worried she might be getting aggressive still with eggs. Should I or shouldn't it separate chick for concern.

Hello there! I say if you see the hen exhibit an ounce of aggressive behavior, separate it, and if she does the same to the new babies, I would separate them as well. Once the babies are hatched and if she is treating them well, I would slip the other under her at nighttime. Good luck with them!

Well I slipped the little one back with momma and now there r 2 chicks and she is doing good with Them. She's showing them how to eat and drink. Thanks everyone for ur replies and info.
