help with no eggs

I have 22 hens and 1 roo, I have 2 tiny female bantams and a small roo, the small bantams stopped completely laying about the time the big ones started,, I wasn’t worried as I mainly keep them cause they are cute. But my older ones have stopped laying.
They stopped about 3 weeks ago when we had a cold snap as I was getting the coop ready for winter, I finished the plastic lining and have the inside lined too with cardboard to keep them warm. They started laying again, never have I gotten more than 14 a day, but about 4 days ago they stopped completely again.

I have a light in the coop that stays on all the time, do I need to actually make them go in and lock them in the light at night?
Very frustrated, any help is appreciated.

Hiddenite is in North Carolina about a hour north of Charlotte, i have not noticed any molting, no extra feathers, less than a year old they were born March 8 2014

Mine have more or less done the same. My leghorns have stopped completely. I think it's due to the weather changes. Once it stabilizes out better instead of 80 one day and 30 degrees the next they should kick in gear again. I live in Texas where the weather goes up and down this time of year like crazy. So if you guys weather is doing about the same then that is probably the problem. They are probably just gearing up for the colder weather and reserving their energy instead of laying eggs. Or the weather is fooling them in a way. I know in years past my hens quit laying for a few weeks around this time of year. So i'm not really alarmed about it. Keep in mind, originally chickens in the wild only laid in the spring and summer. Now that they are domestic it has changed but not completely. Anyways, that's my thoughts lol. Hopefully egg laying here will pick back up and stabilize once the fall to winter temps work themselves out.
