I finally got the video, he sleeps okay, but the second he is up he is doing this. My uncle said he sometimes flies down from his perch panicked and goes into a fit of what you see in the video. I saw him peck at his grain, but not for long, he kept doing the thing with his head. I tried to get a good picture of his beak and his poo board, but I think it was freshly scraped off. He's also looking a big greasy and disheveled, but from what I remember, he looks like this all winter, then when he goes outside in spring he spruces up nice

Yes, but I think that would traumatize my uncle more than the bird, it's like his baby
