I would love to get input on favorite songs.... Anything mellow or uplifting from the 60's and 70's, country..... I am putting together a playlist for my incubator, brooder and coop... Yes, I know this sounds silly, but I love music, and I am hoping they will to. I can't imagine music will be a detriment, so, why not?1? Thank ya's!

70s is TOTALLY my music.

Dan Fogelberg, Carole King, Carly Simon, The Association, The Carpenters, Enya (ok, 80s/90s for her), Eagles, Abba, ELO, England Dan and John Ford Coley, and gobs of others I can't think of now.

I think they said "country" though

But they also said uplifting, that really limits country.

That's been a long time. Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton, Flatt and Scruggs, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, John Denver, Glen Campbell, Kenny Rogers.

Check out Motown, lots of mellow or uplifting there.

Before I suggest anything what is your definition of uplifting? Or could you give an example of a song you like or your favorite artist? I find that what everyone finds as uplifting music can vary drastically. What my mom finds uplifting would make me drive off of a cliff if I had to listen to it all day long. I prefer to listen to radio stations like Red White and Booze which is mostly classic country and classic rock. I assume that my mother does not find my taste in music uplifting because every time she gets in my car she tells me that I’m going to hell for my love of classic rock and country😂
