Help with Sex of this RIR Please!

Got them on may 5th and the guy said they were about a week old. It looks very cocky if you ask me!

When will he start to crow?

Most usualy start around 3 or 4 months old. I've seen some (not RIR) try at 1 week, and some not until 6-7 months.
