I say wait another 4-8 weeks then you'll know for sure! I just gave up my first two chickens because at 12 weeks old one of them started crowing. I have what looks like to be RIR 8 week old chicken too that looks like a roo.... check out my from earlier today "Is Chirp and girl or Boy"... what do you think in comparison to yours? If so then 3 out of 3 will have been boys.
